Sports days
At
Aspley Special School, we have three sport houses:
Moobunga - Red
Waarnyland - Yellow
Spinapoonia - Blue
We hold
a sports carnival annually that all students participate in - all are welcome
to attend and cheer the students on during what is undoubtedly one of the best
days of the year. These are fantastic events where the students get to develop
team work skills in a range of sports and games while having fun.
Interschool sport
On
Friday, specific students compete in interschool sport with other northside
special schools in a range of activities according to the season including
volleyball, bocce, modified soccer, football and cricket. These are fantastic
opportunities for students to experience sports across different locations.
