Amparo Advocacy
AMPARO Advocacy speaks, acts and writes on behalf of vulnerable people from a non-English speaking background with disability to defend, protect and promote their rights and interests so their fundamental needs are met.
Autism Queensland is a community based, not-for-profit, Incorporated Association dedicated to bringing about positive change in the lives of people with Autism and their families. They provide a comprehensive range of specialised services and support for people of all ages living with Autism and their families throughout Queensland.
Carers provide unpaid care and support to family members and friends who have a disability, mental illness, chronic condition, terminal illness or who are frail. More than one in eight Australians provide care of this kind. The purpose of Carers Queensland is to improve the lives of carers. They provide important services like counselling, advice, advocacy, education and training. They also promote the recognition of carers to governments, businesses and the public.
Cascade Place is the Redcliffe Adult Day Service of the Cerebal Palsy League of Queensland. It provides a service to people over 18 years who have Cerebral Palsy or a similar disability, living in Redcliffe, Caboolture and the Northern suburbs of Brisbane.
Centrelink assists people to become self-sufficient and supports those in need.
Cerebral Palsy League (CPL) was formed in 1948 by a group of concerned parents to provide services that were not otherwise available from other community agencies. Today, CPL is the largest non-government disability services provider for people with a physical disability in Queensland. It currently assists more than 3000 people with cerebral palsy and other disabilities, and is supported through fundraising activities, support from the community, the corporate sector and State and Federal Governments.

The Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS) provides specialist mental health services for children and young people and assistance to their families or carers.

Many services can help you and the person you care for if they have a disability.
People with disability and their carers can get help and support in many different ways. Many services and programs are provided or subsidised by the governments. Others are provided by not-for-profit organisations and the private sector. These services include: Respite, Intervention Programs, Home Modifications, Health and Wellbeing and NDIS.

DSA is one of Australia's largest and most respected providers of employment and community support services for people with a disability, providing support for more than 2000 people. They focus on meeting individual needs and achieving positive outcomes.
Down Syndrome Qld
The Mission of the Down Syndrome Association Queensland Inc. is to support, advocate for and empower Queensland children and adults with Down syndrome, so they can be valued and contributing members of the community, as is their right.
EPIC Assist
EPIC assists people with a disability to prepare for, find and maintain meaningful employment. EPIC also assists with education and training and provides services under the NDIS.
Endeavour Foundation
Endeavour Foundation Industries is the largest employer of people with a disability in Australia with over 1,800 supported workers employed at 26 Australian Disability Enterprises throughout Queensland and New South Wales.
HELP Enterprises
Established in 1968 as a not for profit organisation and registered charity, HELP operates a diverse range of businesses providing challenging employment for people with disabilities. These businesses support the wide range of services HELP provides to the disabilities sector.
Horizon Foundation
Horizon Foundation supports more than 1800 individuals with disability in Queensland to reach their potential each year. Aside from providing advice on the NDIS, employment and training opportunities, they also provide early intervention advice.
LifeStream Australia
Life Stream Australia facilitates a wide range of opportunities specifically in South East Queensland, Rockhampton and Mackay to enable people with an intellectual disability to participate, develop skills and be active members of their communities. Life Stream Australia believes that through participation in community activities, recreation, leisure & sport and having friendships and responsibilities, people develop all types of skills and lead healthy, active and meaningful lives.

Life Without Barriers is a not for profit organisation that is committed to providing a supportive and safe environment for: people living with a disability, people living with a mental health issue, children and young people and other vulnerable persons.
Mercy Community Services
Mercy Community Services provide a range of flexible support options for people with a disability, their families and carers. They provide advice and information for NDIS, Individualised planning for post-school options, Adult learning and more.
My Future, My Life
My Future: My Life is designed to support Queensland secondary students with a disability to prepare and plan for a full, rich and meaningful life after school.

Parent to Parent is a not for profit organisation and charity funded by the Department of Communities. Parent to Parent originated from a small group of parents who have a family member with a disability. These families came together in 1998 and established Parent to Parent with funding from Disability Services. These parents have a passion to help others learn exciting and innovative ways to improve the life of their loved one with a disability.

Qualtime Association Inc is a leading provider of Disability supports and services on the north side of Brisbane. Qualtime is a Not for Profit organisation established for Individuals with disabilities and their carers that operates in Taigum 7 days a week.

Red Cross Employment Services helps people with disabilities achieve long-term, sustainable employment by matching their skills with the needs of local businesses and employers.
Relationships Australia
Relationships Australia (QLD) provides relationship support services to individuals, couples and families throughout Queensland. Their services aim to strengthen and build relationships, resolve relationship breakdown issues and support the best interests of children through family separation. Riding for the Disabled Association of Australia (RDAA) is a voluntary, nonprofit organisation which provides opportunities for anyone with a disability to enjoy safe, healthy, stimulating, therapeutic, horse-related activities in Australia.
